If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help with a simple and transparent return and refund process. Return Timeframe
You may request a return for eligible items within 30 days of receiving your order.
Returns requested after 45 days may not be accepted.
Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return, items must meet the following conditions:
- Products must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition
- Items must be returned in the original packaging
- All original tags, accessories, manuals, and included components must be included
- A valid proof of purchase is required, such as:

Items that do not meet these requirements may not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
Non-Returnable Items
For safety, hygiene, and product integrity reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

- Products showing signs of installation or heavy use

- Clearance, final-sale, or discounted items marked as non-returnable
- Gift cards
- Certain replacement parts or accessories
Return Method & Shipping Fees
All approved returns must be sent by mail.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:
- The item arrived damaged
- The wrong item was shipped
- The product is defective due to our error
We do not charge any restocking fees for approved returns.
Return Process

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval status of your refund.
If approved:
- Refunds are processed within 7 business days
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout
- A confirmation email will be sent once the refund has been initiated
Please allow additional processing time depending on your bank or credit card provider.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Order Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled before they have been processed or shipped.
Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled and must follow the return process after delivery.
